in the summer of 2009. Newark - NJ is the third oldest city in the United States with a young mayor, with fresh ideas. We wish him well in helping to bring Newark back
as a city of hope, promise, and opportunity, and a model American city.
Mayor Booker is also arguably the best tweeting mayor in the country.
